1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the pk 22 platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between pk 22 and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Pk 22 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

By using pk 22 services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in such activities and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on pk 22, you must provide accurate and complete information. pk 22 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account registered with false or incorrect details at any time. You will be required to provide the following information at registration:

• Active mobile number
• Valid Email Address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Current Address

Each person is permitted only one pk 22 account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If multiple family members wish to play from the same device or IP address, they must notify our support team beforehand.

KYC Verification

Pk 22 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Verification requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a recent selfie. The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate on pk 22. We are committed to keeping minors away from gaming. If there is any doubt about a user's age, pk 22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to register an account on pk 22. It is the user's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

• If multiple accounts or false information are used to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be suspended.

6. Game & Betting Rules

All games on pk 22 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology verified by third-party auditors. Every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased. pk 22 does not and cannot manipulate the results of any game.

Sports Betting

• All bets are considered final only after they have been confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled, your bet amount will be refunded.
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk 22 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Casino Games

• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection.
• The maximum bet limit for each game is displayed on the game's page.
• If a technical error is detected in the game software, the affected round may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk 22 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

10. Account Closure & Suspension

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• At the user's own request

You can also contact our support team at any time to close your account. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pk 22 may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
